Vegan white chocolate macadamia cherry cookies



Decadent and delicious.

1 cup flour/150g (I used half light wheat (550), half whole spelt)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar/ 50g
1/4 cup safflour oil/45-50ml
10 g rice sirup
1 tsp vanilla extract
20g white chocolate slightly chopped, 20 g macadamia nuts, 20 g dried tart cherries, a bit of soy-rice or any other plant milk

Bake for 10 - 12 minutes in a preheated 350F/180C oven.
